We structure our projects per country, date and project, and are looking to migrate to a mix of cloud-only version for projects once they are completed and archived, with some projects being still present on our NAS for a few months while they are processed, before being flagged as "to-archive" to be moved to cloud-only.

There is currently one b2 bucket per NAS unit. The most important units are 3x roughly 100TB volumes, each backup'ed to Backblaze B2 storage using the Synology Cloud Sync utility (one way sync from the NAS to backblaze, without deleting files from the cloud when deleted from the server). What I am looking for now is a better solution to handle these large data amounts while keeping a good costing, by migrating some of our archived projects from our local network to cloud-only.

We've expanded our total storage volume by buying units with more bays and higher drive capacities - I've been relying on the Backblaze Hard Drive stats reports from the beginning 5+ years ago, so thanks a lot for that resource! We've been using Synology NASes for convenience, and they've proven to do pretty well with RAID6, replacing a few failing drives every year.

We are a 20 people company producing 3D scans out of hundreds of thousands of photos, which is why we are quite heavy on storage needs (roughly 260TB to date on our local NAS units).
